  中新社台北3月9日电 (记者 张晓曦 陈小愿)台湾人力资源机构9日公布的最新调查显示,有62%的台湾上班族曾在工作期间进修,主因是填补专业不足、培养第二专长及考取执照等。

  1111人力银行当日在台北举行记者会,公布“上班族进修现况调查”。

  调查显示,以金融业为主的“工商业服务”从业人员进修比例最高,而“民生或服务”则居各产业之末,进修比例垫底。且高达89%的上班族是个人主动规划课程,其次才是由公司安排上课。

  调查指出,整体来看,有在职进修经验的上班族,平均每周要花5.2小时进修上课,其中18.7%会寻求免费课程,81.3%则平均每月要支出3201元(新台币,下同)。另外,55%的上班族表示,进修后薪资因而增长,平均每月增加3875元。

  反观企业态度,调查显示,有76%受访上班族的“现职公司”并未提供任何进修资源,24%鼓励员工在职训练,且主要以“企业包班内训或聘请讲师”、“允许上班时间上课不扣薪”及“补助部分进修学费”等方式为主。

  调查也发现,有高达44.3%的受访上班族“现职公司”采取“消极应对”员工进修,做法以“不影响工作前提下可接受员工进修”及“支持员工进修但未给予资源或补助”居多,甚至有9.7%公司言明“不鼓励”员工在职进修。

  1111人力银行副总经理何启圣表示,产业快速变迁,市场瞬息万变,致使就业环境竞争加剧,上班族也不由得萌生危机感。若企业无法适时给予充裕的进修资源,上班族势必靠自力向外获取工作养分。

  本次调查时间为今年2月21日至3月8日,1111人力银行对数据库中求职会员以电子邮件方式随机抽样、寄送问卷,有效样本数为1070份,信心水平95%,误差值正负3个百分点。(完)
